Gifts

The Gospel isn't just good news for our afterlife. Jesus said He came to give us an abundant life and that life starts when we choose to follow Him. We are transformed, we have a new spirit living in us, we are given a new identity. We ALL have gifts that God gave us before we were born and we ALL have a calling on our life to use those gifts for the Kingdom.

Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms. 1 Peter 4:10

Living Out

Living out is the natural and deliberate process of living among, listening to, and loving people in culture with the desire to connect them to the Christian community. Others are naturally attracted to the community as a result of living out the Gospel with intentional hospitality and compassion.

People do not light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven. Matthew 5:15-16

Mentor

Moving beyond knowledge-based discipleship to action-oriented followership, with the goal of living like Jesus lived. This comes through regular practice, faith-oriented action, and personal devotion to know the ways of Christ.

Encouraging, comforting and urging you to live lives worthy of God, who calls you into his kingdom and glory. -1 Thessalonians 2:12
